Ever freak out and think “Great, I’ll never be able to duplicate this!” when your hairdresser pulls out a round brush? Oh, we see the thought bubble, It’s okay. Good news, you are not alone! And the great news is, I can help!

When stylists ask “Do you have any round brushes at home?” we’re not looking to make a sale, necessarily, we just want to ensure that you can duplicate the look once you’re back home in front of your mirror; you’ll need the right tools.

It’s no secret that YouTube has endless libraries of tutorials out there from changing a tire to tying a tie and getting your dog to “sit-stay”. And what’s not lost on me is that there are also loads of hair tutorials! Some compliments of unlicensed folks, many from licensed professionals. What I’m about to propose is that while all of that exists, it’s not like someone will be standing beside you, literally, holding your hand!

If you’re struggling to accomplish the look you want, it’s likely you either have the wrong tools, you have the right ones but just not using them correctly or a combination of both!

Like a golf pro, I will be next to you realigning your arms and guiding you to your best hair…sorry, better golf swing not included!

Making frequent visits to the salon for a color or cut and watching me work your hair isn’t enough; let me teach you! A personal hands-on appointment with all of the gear you use. From clips to products and blow dryers and hot tools…all of it! Toss it all in a tote and bring it along…I want to see what your working with and if you’re using it correctly! I’ll lay it out on a table and tell you what works and what doesn’t and why!

You’ll sit and begin your process and I’ll provide feedback as well as tips on how to better hold a brush, how to properly angle the dryer and when or when not to use a flat iron. Like a golf pro, I will be next to you realigning your arms and guiding you to your best hair…sorry, better golf swing not included…but your hair will turn heads in the clubhouse! ;)
